I can connect my max 3 with Bluetooth but not with the usb port. Any thoughts? I’m trying to download firmware on my MacBook Air.

It works for my MacBook Pro late 2013
If your MacBook Air works with Ventura, I guess it will need additional action for installing the serial driver.
