Mr Wong, you have everything i already have, software said contact support, their are three instances all three were screen shot and are pasted in my second message, all i have been able to do is send laser to home position then i get this error. REPEATEDLY, machine will not proceed any further. I am clueless as to the cause because i cannot read YOUR CODE. and i have a minor in robotics and machinist training in CNC, very very unhappy customer here. i simply want it to work, and all i have received is run around. i wish to use it to engrave glass bottles.

I have no video. I move assembly to a position somewhere in the middle of travel. Send it to home position..it travels to home position and give me the errors and that long script and instructs me to contact support..EVERY TIME IT GOES HOME I GET THE SAME ERROR. THEN IT CEASES TO RESPOND TO ANY COMMANDS
