Neje Master 20W / MacOS V 15.5 / keine Verbindung

Hi zusammen,
ich habe alles versucht mein Mac mit dem Neje Master 20W zu verbinden. Meine vermutung ist das dort der Treiber aktualisiert werden müsste.
Könnt ihr mir dort weiter helfen?
Wir haben alle wege im Forum (How to Install Serial Driver on macOS – NEJE) und haben das gesehen:

Hi Jim, thanks for the reply; however, as written, we’ve checked the same link (How to Install…) as you provided and followed the description without success.

In the other link you’ve shared, we couldn’t find the model we have; namely, the NEJE Master 20w is not in the document. We’ve downloaded NEJE app as it’s the oldest version.

Can it be that the driver is not compatible with MacOS 15.5? And is there anything else we can try?

Make sure you have the v1.9 version of the driver installed

Hi Jack, we are very sure that we’ve installed the v1.9 driver.

We’ve uninstalled everything and redid it again, but nothing changed. Here are some screenshots we took along the way.
We completely followed the pdf description (CH34X_DRV_INSTAL_INSTRUCTIONS.pdf) and have the driver installed, which was shown as successfully done.


As described in the document, the extension was enabled too.


The USB connection works.

However we don’t see anything containing “tty.wchusbserial” through the terminal.

We’ve downloaded this NEJE app but it keeps showing No Device Found.


We restarted the MacBook whenever was required and again at the end, but still no connection, unfortunately. In the installation guide, it’s written that the driver was updated to support macOS 13, but we are using macOS 15.5, can you please verify whether the driver is compatible with our version? We hope that these screenshots can help to pinpoint the issue here.

We tested it on macOS v15.6.
Indeed, v1.9 does not work.
But surprisingly, v1.8 works.

Hi, unfortunately it still doesn’t work for us, with macOS Sequoia 15.6. We’ve done everything again from deinstalling all exsiting apps to downloading the driver v1.8 and following the steps in the pdf. The laser still cannot be detected. It’s an old model (Master 20W) but would still be nice to have it functional. We’re quite frustrated at this point now.

Is there anything else we could still try?
