i have acquired the above item. it did not come with anything just the machine. I had a communication cable and just received the correct power cord i believe (input 100-240v - 0.5 max 50/60Hz - output 5.0v/2.0a) With the software i got from scanning the QR code its seems corupt as there are many scripts errors and certificate issues (see screen shots). when i do cut it just does slight motion witnh no burn (see video) please advise.
