Neje E80 settings for LightBurn

Dear All
I have just purchased my new Neje max4 E80 and I’m quite happy with it so far.
I have tried to find a suitable material library for LightBurn without success, therefor I have created a generic library recalculated from other similar laser modules from other brands.
I have recalculated the speed for all materials based on reference values from the Neje website.

If anyone verify the settings please post corrections if any.

Hi Kvasir, would you please share you experience with E80? I want to purchase the laser module only, I am impressed of spot size, which is announced as 0.06x0.06.
Is it really so good? at 50% power too?
What are the other users experiences?

So far I’m quite impressed with the laser module.
Having said that I have not other modules to compare with.
The overall build quality is very good with sufficient cooling.
Only concern is if the diodes will last but only time can show that.

Sorry for the delay, been buried with work. Here is the Dropbox link to the file: Dropbox

I took a look at the library and had a couple of comments. I noticed that on material marked as “Cut with x passes” where x > 1 the z offset per pass was set to 0. For an E80 I would expect to see some sort of Z movement cuting multi-pass cutting. I also noticed that there were no Engraving settings, only Cut ones. Does anyone have any Engrave material settings to add to the library?

I currently have the shared file set to View only (Read Only), but am going to look into ways to provide a shared location for others to upload libraries for me to merge into this one for sharing. I am open to suggestion.

I would also love to see a set of material test setting job profiles. Since many materials may need a per-batch test performed. I have been building my own on the fly, but keep forgetting to save them before shutting down. sigh
