Hi, yesterday the machine suddenly stopped working and would not connect.

After I updated the firmware, I was able to connect the machine and it started working again. However, since the firmware update, a new problem has appeared: the machine only works for about 1–2 minutes and then suddenly stops. It does not continue the job until the end.

The timer on the software keeps running as if the machine is still working normally, even though the machine has actually stopped.

I’m sending you a video showing exactly what happens. Please watch the video and let me know what is causing this issue and how I can fix it.

I also restarted the machine, the software, and the entire laptop, but the problem still did not go away.

I also turned the machine off and left it for the whole night, then tried again the next day, but unfortunately the same problem happened again.

Your laser has over heated… the over heat protection is something new that has been added into the firmware..

If you look on your screen it tells you that.

You can raise the temperature that it locks out at by entering a new temperature. type $46=60 (enter) on the command line.Doing that will set the protection temperature to 60deg.C

Ok thank you friend but How can I change the temperature to 60°C? Where exactly do I enter $46=60 in the program?

What should I do if the temperature goes above 60°C and the laser stops again? Should I increase the temperature limit further, or is there something else I need to check?
