I have the correct software installed on windows 10, however the device will not verify connection.

I have the driver installed, i have the newest neje software. Device is powered on and usb connect to my windows 10 pc.
The software you downloaded is version V6.7.3, which is not suitable for KZ model machines. You can download other versions of software from this link
Try a lower version
If it still cannot start, there may be a problem with the machine’s motherboard
