Laser Engraves Only Lines in LightBurn (Works Fine in NEJE Software)

Hello NEJE Team,

I am using the NEJE V4 Max V2 laser diode, and I have encountered an issue when working with LightBurn. The problem is that the laser only engraves straight lines instead of properly engraving the design. However, when I use the NEJE software, the laser works perfectly without any issues.

To troubleshoot, I have already reinstalled LightBurn, but the problem still persists. I have also included a video demonstrating the issue for your reference.

Could you please help me understand why this happens in LightBurn but not in the NEJE software, and guide me on how to fix it?

@JackWong sir, please help :folded_hands:. It’s urgent, my NEJE V4 Max V2 only engraves lines in LightBurn but works fine in NEJE software. My work is pending, I am kindly requesting your quick support. Video attached

I’m guessing maybe some wrong settings are causing the problem
Try resetting the LB settings

Try resetting the GRBL configuration
