Just wanted to feed back that the customer service from Neje has been excellent. I had an issue with a board and it was sorted quickly and smoothly by Jim (and others). It is why I have bought multiple neje products and it is good to see that development continues and warranty actually means something.
Keep up the great work guys - excellent customer service will go a long way to making your company successful.
