Hi MAC user’s, I share you some informations I got from the very reactive support team to debug your NEJE 3.
- go to https://app.neje99.com/ (via google chrome!, safari, firefox don’t work)
- click the “Connect to Device via Bluetooth” button and connected your device with bluetooth (no USB cable)
- click “Firmware Center” and update your firmware.
- It works well
